Fall in global petroleum refining volumes due to Covid-19 2020

The coronavirus pandemic and resulting fall in consumer demand is expected to result in a decline of 7.6 million barrels per day in refining output for 2020. This would translate into a decrease of some nine percent compared to the previous year.
