Average house prices

  The average asking price for a home in London was more than 200 thousand British pounds more than any other region in the United Kingdom, as of the third quarter of 2018. The simple average house price in London in 2017 was over half a million British pounds.

Average rental costs

  In February 2019, the average cost of rent in Greater London was 500 British pounds more than the South East of England. Certain Boroughs in London will set back the average renter more than others. As of July 2018, Westminster was the most expensive borough for average monthly rents.
