Preferred delivery method of online ordered groceries in the Netherlands 2021
As of 2021, the vast majority of consumers surveyed in the Netherlands indicated that when they ordered groceries online, they preferred to have them delivered at home. Furthermore, four percent of online shoppers wanted to collect the groceries themselves at the supermarkets, while another four percent of respondents preferred to pick up their shopping at collection points.
