This statistic shows the share of organic bread of the total bread sales in Coop grocery stores in Denmark from 2013 to 2015. During this period, the share of organic bread of the total bread sales increased annually. While in 2013, organic bread had a share of 5 percent, it rose up to a share of nearly 10 percent of Coop store's total bread sales in 2015. That year, organic food had a share of more than 9 percent of the total food sales of the grocery retailer. With a share of nearly 40 percent, Coop is one of the leading grocery retailers in Denmark.
