Inland water aquacultures production volume in Japan 2013-2022
In 2022, the output of Japanese inland water aquacultures amounted to approximately 31 thousand tons, down from about 33 thousand tons in the previous year. Eel was the most commonly farmed species of inland water aquacultures in Japan.
