Italy: consumer perceptions related to Italian products in 2017
This statistic displays the consumers perceptions related to Italian products in 2017. According to survey results, 37 percent of the foreign population realized that an Italian product was actually made in Italy while 20 percent of overall foreign respondents worldwide stated that they did not know that being an Italian product could possibly imply. Higher social classes had greater awareness, as 29 percent of them thought that the product's raw material was produced in Italy.
