This statistic shows the most popular cartoons among adults in the United States as of June 2018, broken down by ethnicity. The data shows that as of the date of survey the cartoons Tom and Jerry and Spongebob Squarepants were more popular with black respondents than with Hispanic or white survey participants, whereas 13 percent of white U.S. adults said that Bugs Bunny was their favorite cartoon, more than double the share of Black respondents who said the same.
