Weekly time spent with media per user in the U.S. 2019, by ethnicity

As of the first quarter of 2019, data showed that the most time was spent with live and time-shifted TV among all ethnic groups in the United States, with Black consumers spending the most time watching television by a huge margin. Black Americans spent 3,082 minutes (44 hours 41 minutes) per week watching TV, around 20 hours more than Hispanic media consumers.
