The U.S. Ranks 8th in High Speed Internet Penetration

South Korea and Japan are leading in the adoption of high boradband internet connections. More than 40% of internet users in both countries surf with an average bandwidth of at least 10 Mbps downstream. The United States ranks 8th, with a high broadband penetration of 23%.
