The company review website Glassdoor has revealed the highest rated U.S. companies to work for in the coming year. Based on average employee ratings, the most desirable employers range from the unsurprising (see Google), to the more left field (see In-N-Out Burger). The top rated Bain & Company also boast the highest rated CEO for 2016. Bob Bechek has a seriously impressive 99 percent employee approval rating on the website.
