Hong Kong: reasons for not consuming plant-based food alternatives by age 2021

According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in November 2021, around 39 percent of 16 to 24 year-old respondents in Hong Kong who did not consume plant-based alternatives said the reason was that plant-based food products cost more than the original. Meanwhile, 32 percent of respondents above 54 years old confirmed this reason.
