According to a 2020 survey carried out among small and medium-sized enterprises in Mexico, the main priority for SMEs that had already incorporated online sales was to strengthen this channel. Meanwhile, 52 percent of businesses that still used traditional sales methods said that selling products online was part of their short-term strategy to overcome the COVID-19 crisis.
