Digital advertising platforms: most popular among French online shoppers 2021

Beyond the role of social and exchange platforms, social networks have above all become formidable levers for e-commerce with a race for new features to make the shopping experience as smooth as possible. Also, alongside Amazon and Google among the search engines most used by regular buyers for their online purchases: Facebook (18 percent), Instagram (19 percent) YouTube (14 percent) or even Pinterest (11 percent) were found in France in 2021.
