In 2022, the three top advertisers in Portugal by investment value mostly invested in television advertising. Modelo Continente, the country's biggest advertiser, invested almost 386 million euros in this ad format, while NOS invested even more, namely 404 million euros.
Altice was the biggest investor in online ads, spending 40 million euros, in outdoor ads, with more than six million euros allocated for that ad format, and in press ads, with almost four million euros invested.
Cinema advertising was dominated by NOS, with 4.4 million euros.
