Pemex's net income 2010-2022
Petróleos Mexicanos, commonly known as Pemex, had a net income for the first time in almost a decade amounting to more than five billion U.S. dollars in 2022, up from a net loss of 14.3 billion U.S. dollars the previous year. Pemex is Mexico's national oil corporation and held up until recent years exclusive rights over oil exploration and production in the country. Once one of the largest oil companies in the world, Pemex's crude oil production has annually decreased throughout the past decade.
