In 2019, the number of employees working for seaside resorts in Italy peaked in August. As of this month, such companies employed almost 45 thousand individuals. Unsurprisingly, the number of workers dropped during the winter months. In this respect, seaside resorts registered the lowest number of employees in January, namely 2,101.
