Chile: CyberDay & CyberMonday claims received 2021

In 2021, the Chilean National Consumer Service (Sernac, as abbreviated in Spanish) received a total of 970 complaints during the celebration of CyberDay. This edition, which took place from May 31 to June 2, generated over six million online transactions. Meanwhile, CyberMonday Chile — also organized by the Santiago Chamber of Commerce— registered 543 claims in 2021, a 58 percent increase over the previous year.
