Satisfaction with service of mobile operators in the Netherlands 2019

The statistic displays the results of a survey regarding customer satisfaction with service of mobile operators in the Netherlands in 2019. Participants of the survey were asked to what extent they were satisfied with the service of their mobile operator. The vast majority of respondents expressed a positive opinion towards the service provided by their mobile operator. Over percent of respondents indicated that they were either satisfied or very satisfied, whereas roughly percent were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with the service provided.
