During a 2022 study fielded in Colombia, politicians, digital influencers, representatives of media, academia, the private sector, and social organizations were asked to list three radio programs they listened to most often to stay informed. Around 28 percent of respondents mentioned W Radio's morning show La W. Blu Radio and Caracol Radio's 6 AM Hoy por Hoy tied in second, each cited by 20 percent of the interviewees. Colombian opinion leaders' top three news sources in 2021 were a TV news program, a newspaper, and a podcast.
