According to a survey conducted between November and December 2019 about diversity in the workplace, the majority of LGBT respondents reported that they did not have a particular reason for not coming out at work. More than half of respondents identifying as bisexual argued that their sexual orientation does not have anything to do with their work, which is why they do not feel the need to disclose it. Another common concern among all sexual minorities was that coming out might complicate their interactions and relationships with colleagues.
