Rakuten Insight in 2023 reported that more than half of the respondents across age groups clicked on ads on social media platforms because they found the content relevant. Out of these, over 60 percent were between the ages of 35 and 44. Interestingly, 40 percent of 25 to 34 year old respondents chose to click on ads featuring a celebrity or influencer.
