Factors for good content on social media according to B2B professionals France 2020
French marketing managers, active for the online representation of their brands or companies, have been asked which factors they appreciated the most when reading through posts online in 2020. The majority (66 percent) mentioned case studies as a particular interest, followed by posts showing expert opinions. Posts with interesting approaches towards a controverse topic was mentioned by almost 60 percent of respondents. Humor was another appreciated side effect of online posts, mentioned by 33 percent of French B2B professionals in 2020.
