Of the leading banks in Europe, there is one clear winner when it comes to getting the most out of their employees when it comes to the profit and loss sheet. UBS, headquartered in Switzerland generated an average revenue of €449,020 per employee in 2017. This is a long way ahead of the second best-performing - London-based Lloyds recorded the still handsome sum of €278,100.
