Reasons for choosing plant-based food products Japan 2021
According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight on plant-based foods in Japan in 2021, approximately 51 percent of respondents had tried plant-based alternatives because they considered them to be healthier. Only around two percent consumed them in a vegetarian or vegan diet.
