Fresh fruit average price in Spain 2015-2019

Spanish households consumed 6.5 billion kilograms of fresh fruit in 2019. This type of food had then an average price of 1.54 euros, which is the same figure as the previous year. This stabilizes the price of fresh fruit after years of increase from 1.35 euros to over 1.5 euros. As of that year, the most consumed type of fresh fruit was oranges, which was one of the most inexpensive with an average retail price of 0.95 euros.
