Most common discontent with mobile banking apps in Japan 2020

In a survey conducted in Japan in May 2020, 43 percent of the respondents stated that they were dissatisfied with the setup and login procedures of mobile banking applications. A share of 33 percent expressed discontent with the number of procedures that can be carried out on banking apps.
