Desktop video ad viewability rates worldwide in H1 2018 and 2019, by country

In the first half of 2019, the global viewability rate of desktop video reached 71.9 percent, meaning almost 72 percent of video ads displayed on desktop were in view in the measured period. Italy, Australia, France, Canada and UK all had viewability rates higher than the world's average in that time.
