As part of a series of articles on TheJournal.ie regarding the growing problem of homelessness in Ireland, the following infographic shows the number of children in the south west of the country provided with emergency accommodation. Back in 2014, 8 families were provided with shelter, along with 17 children. By September 2016, that had increased alarmingly to 30 families and 80 children. Read the entire feature here.
