The free video conferencing service ZOOM has seen its share of mentions rise up to 80 percent after the lockdown measures were lifted in France in March 2020. ZOOM was the only communication app for which the share of mentions had risen since the lockdown. Skype for instance had a 34.2 share of mentions during the confinement period, compared to 11 percent after the lockdown.
