According to a survey conducted in South Korea in 2021 on the usage of information related e-government services, about 65.9 percent of respondents said they had used the National Health Insurance Service's website nhis.or.kr. The usage rate of the road name address information platform juso.go.kr reached almost 43 percent.
South Korea has seen a rapid increase in the use of e-government services in recent years. In 2021, the usage rate reached almost 90 percent.
