Leading reasons for using e-government services South Korea 2021

According to a survey conducted in South Korea in 2021, about 85.1 percent of respondents who used e-government services said they used the services for obtaining information. Around 78.4 percent used it for reading or issuing public and civil petition documents.
While the South Korean government has steadily expanded its online services, e-government services usage has surged, especially after the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in 2020.
