Cross-border online shopping frequency in the Netherlands 2022
In 2022, almost half of the surveyed Dutch consumers never purchased from foreign websites if products were available on domestic webshops in the Netherlands. On the contrary, approximately 14 percent of consumers regularly shopped online on cross-border sites despite products being available on national e-shops.
