Business priorities of retailers in the U.S. 2022
When asked 100 leading mid to large-sized U.S. retailers what their business priorities were for 2022, over 39 percent stated growing or expanding. Improving the customer experience as well as reducing returns and lost sales due to returns were the second highest priorities for retailers, at 35.4 percent each.
