This statistic shows the tone of select 2012 U.S. presidential candidates' mentions and discussions on mainstream news media. Whereas the majority of presidential coverage is fairly neutral, Rick Perry and Michele Bachmann both received the most positive discussion as 29 percent of mainstream media mentions of them were favorable.
