Drivers of customer loyalty in the Great Britain 2017 This statistic shows the results of a 2017 survey in which a sample of Great British adults were asked what drives their loyalty towards brands. Among respondents, 64 percent said they are loyal to a brand if it offers good value for money, while just over a half (52 percent) said that trusting a brand is a key driver to their loyalty.
