Mexico: services as share of total employment 2015-2019

In Mexico, the number of people employed in the services industry accounted for 61.25 percent of the total employment workforce in 2019, slightly up from around 61 percent a year earlier. This figure is lower than the regional average in Latin America and the Caribbean for 2019, when the services sector as share of total employment amounted to nearly 66 percent in the entire region.
