Between the end of November 2020 and the middle of February 2021, e-commerce, under all its forms, home delivery, drive and pedestrian drive, has shown strong growth. The pedestrian drive, in particular, recorded a growth of 163 and 164 percent in the first two weeks of February 2021, while traditional drive showed an increase of more than 50 percent for the same period. E-commerce was indeed really dynamic, as a part of the households made more use of online orders in order to avoid large supermarkets and crowding with other consumers.
