This statistic shows the percentage of users who bought online in Spain in 2016, by age groups and last moment of purchase. That year, 16.2 percent of Internet users aged between 55 and 64 years purchased online products or services more than a year ago since they were surveyed. On the other hand, only 9.2 percent of Internet users between 16 and 24 years old bought online in the same period of time.

* The field work was carried out through the Spanish territory. The collection period for CAPI centers was from January 18th to March 31st of 2016, while for CATI centers it was from February 1st to May 16th, 2016.
