According to a survey conducted in the United States, 27 percent of cable TV subscribers intended to cut the cord as of 2021. Compared to the previous survey period, this was nearly double the number, when 15 percent were likely to unsubscribe from cable TV. The majority of the cord cutters were between 18 to 34 years.
