Finland: COVID-19 impact on summer travel plans 2020

In April 2020, half of the Finnish people said that they were planning not to travel at all during the summer time because of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Additionally, over a third of the respondents estimated that they will reduce traveling in the summer 2020. Domestic traveling became more popular among 17 percent of the respondents, who were planning change their travel destinations and travel in Finland instead of international travel.
