It translated to approximately 80 percent of users over the years, notably though online banking use diminished in 2015 to 74 percent. It could be connected to the growth of mobile banking use, where banking is done "on the go" on mobile devices. This channel use noted a significant growth, from 10 percent in 2011 to 34 percent in 2015.
