This statistic illustrates the share of Internet users who shopped for consumer electronics online in Italy in 2016, by age group. According to the study results, teen-agers and young adults were the most likely to shop for these goods online: about one in ten internet users aged between 16 and 34 years had purchased electronic goods online in 2016. By contrast, only three percent of respondents over 75 years had shopped for consumer electronics online.
