According to a survey on the global popularity of South Korean beauty products in 2019, around 34.4 percent of respondents in Japan stated that Korean beauty products were very popular in their country. The same survey revealed that K-beauty was most popular in Southeast Asian countries including Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.
