
Openness to VOD subscriptions with ads in the U.S. 2022, by age group
A 2022 survey found that the majority of U.S. adults interviewed were equally open to subscribing to video streaming services that include commercials compared to the previous year. A further 17 percent said that they were much more open to this monetizing option. The share of respondents stating that their openness to subscriptions with ads has increased was the highest among adults aged 35 to 44 years.
