A survey carried out during from January 2023 to January 2024 found that 59.7 percent of French internet users utilized search engines as one of their primary channels when actively looking for more information about brands, products, and services. Social networks were ranked second with 32.1 percent of respondents stating that they mainly used them when researching brands.
