A survey carried out during the third quarter of 2021 found that 60.6 percent of French internet users utilized search engines as one of their primary channels when actively looking for more information about brands, products, and services. Product and brand websites were ranked second with 31.8 percent of respondents stating that they mainly used them when researching brands.
