The statistic resents the share of internet users using ad blocking worldwide in September 2016, broken down by age group. It was found that 20 percent of 16 to 24 year olds used ad blockers. In December 2016, there were 380 million mobile and 236 million desktop adblock users worldwide. Adblocking has the highest penetration rate in Western Europe.
