As online technologies have become widely available, it has also become regularly used in the real estate branch. According to a May 2020 survey, 70 percent of United States home buyers and 67 of home sellers felt comfortable conducting business on a computer. It's striking that in almost all cases, home buyers were more comfortable using tech than home sellers. For example, 80 percent of male home buyers felt comfortable using computers to conduct business, while 74 percent of male home sellers did.
