Brazil: online retail sales revenue share by selected segment
In 2020, online department stores accounted for almost three quarters (73.3 percent) of the overall e-commerce revenue generated in Brazil throughout that year. Digital self-service shops – which include supermarkets – accounted for 5.4 percent of the total online sales revenue in the South American country that year. Online stores dedicated to clothing and shoes ranked third with 5.3 percent of the revenue.
