Newspaper advertising expenses share Japan 2021, by industry
The advertising expenses of the distribution and retail industry accounted for 15.5 percent of the newspaper advertising expenditure in Japan in 2021. Foodstuffs followed with a share of more than 12 percent. During that year, the newspaper advertising expenditure amounted to 381.5 billion Japanese yen.
