According to a survey from 2019, digital media channels accounted for 38 percent of the total marketing investments in Swedish companies with a revenue of more than one billion Swedish kronor, and even for 39 percent of marketing spending in enterprises with revenues less than 500 million kronor.

For this survey, most of the marketing managers, who were interviewed, worked for a business-to-business (B2B) company.
